Shop Policy

Every product is usually a part of a series, and is fully handmade; hence every single piece is unique. You might find slight differences between different products from the same series. For each item a single photo session is done, therefore in some cases shipped item might have slight difference than the original photos listed.

If you are interested in different quantity, than stated in the shop, you can always contact me and I will be happy to help you. If you didn't find the item you want in my shop, I will be happy to discuss a custom order.

As with any mixed media art and miniature items, please keep items away from direct heat,extreme moisture, and small children and pets…

Payment

Payments must be done within 2 days; otherwise I will have to cancel the order. Immediate payment is very much appreciated. If in any case you change your mind about a purchase, please let me know within 24 hours.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or home country taxes assessed on their purchase.

I accept payments through PayPal only.

Singaporean customers are welcome to contact me about my bank details at s.smallidea@gmail.com

Shipping

'Ready to ship items' are being shipped in two days after the payment is received.

Custom orders are usually ready within 10 days and takse 7 to 31 days to arrive after the shipment.

All items are shipped from Singapore via registered mail. Since in most cases the shipping is internationally please allow 14 to 20 working days for delivery.

Once the package is sent you will receive a convo from me with details about the shipping, and I ask you to inform me back when they arrive. If your package did not arrive in 30 business days, please contact me, so we can resolve the issue.

UNLESS YOU REQUEST OTHERWISE PACKAGES WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR ETSY RECEIPT. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES.

Packaging

The products are wrapped with bubble wrap and put in a box or a padded envelope depends on their size.

Refunds & Exchanges

I want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know and we'll work something out so that you are.

You can return any product (undamaged, in original package) one week after receiving the package. You will have to pay the returning shipment cost. If you choose this option, please contact me.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me, and then send it back for exchange or repair. I will determine which is needed when I see the damage. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping it back to me for repair/replacement.
